Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Subscriptions Manager to oversee our subscription program within the health and pain niche. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of our subscription services from website integration to process optimization, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our customers and the company.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement subscription strategies to maximize customer retention and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to oversee the integration and functionality of the subscription services on our website.
  • Design and manage subscription processes, including sign-up, billing, renewal, and cancellation procedures.
  • Analyze customer behavior and subscription metrics to inform adjustments in strategy and marketing.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to promote the subscription program through various channels.
  • Handle customer queries and feedback related to subscriptions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports on subscription performance, challenges, and opportunities.
