Job description

Who we are.

Newfold Digital is a leading web technology company serving millions of customers globally. Our customers know us through our robust portfolio of brands. We have some of the industry's most prominent and storied go-to-market brands, including Bluehost, HostGator, Domain.com, Markmonitor, Network Solutions, Register.com and Web.com. We help customers of all sizes build a digital presence that delivers results. With our extensive product offerings and personalized support, we take pride in collaborating with our customers to serve their online presence needs. The strength of our company lives in the intersection of our people, our customers, and our brands.

We’re looking for a dynamic Social Media Marketing Manager to own and execute our organic social media strategy across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, X (formerly Twitter), and LinkedIn. This role combines strategic content planning with hands-on content creation—particularly short- and long-form video—to elevate Bluehost’s brand presence and connect with our audience in fresh, engaging ways.

What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to each platform’s audience, trends, and best practices.
  • Create and maintain a content calendar that aligns with company objectives, product launches, campaigns, and seasonal opportunities.
  • Define and refine channel goals (growth, engagement, awareness) and KPIs, adjusting tactics based on performance.
  • Lead the development and production of social-first content, with a strong emphasis on video.
  • Partner with internal creative and brand teams to produce content that aligns with Bluehost’s visual and voice guidelines.
  • Repurpose and adapt content for multi-channel use, maximizing reach and resonance across platforms.
  • Monitor and engage with followers in real-time to build relationships, answer questions, and cultivate a strong brand community.
  • Identify opportunities for proactive engagement, influencer collaboration, and trend participation.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics using social analytics tools; translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Stay on top of social media trends, algorithm updates, and emerging platforms to ensure Bluehost remains ahead of the curve.

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.

  • 4–6 years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency.
  • Proven ability to lead organic content strategy across multiple social platforms.
  • Strong skills in video production, from scripting and storyboarding to shooting and editing (mobile and/or pro tools).
  • Comfortable being on camera and directing others on camera.
  • A sharp eye for content design and visual consistency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience reporting on channel performance.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working with scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Later, or Hootsuite) and creative suites (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut, Canva, Final Cut, or similar).
  • Background in tech, SaaS, or small business/startup marketing.
  • Experience with influencer marketing or social media partnerships.
  • Familiarity with coordinating strategies in partnership with paid media and SEO teams
