Job description

About Doowii

At Doowii, we’re motivated by a shared mission to help every educator realize the full potential of each student by empowering them to effectively use data and analytics. Our vision is to democratize data analytics for all educators by delivering solutions that radically improve reporting and insight gathering.

Doowii is a data platform for educators which delivers meaningful insights by re-imagining analytics: we're enabling users to get the insights and answers they need from their data.

We’re looking for a creative, data-driven Marketing Manager to join our growing team. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how schools and educators discover, understand, and adopt Doowii. From campaigns to conferences, this role requires someone who can drive strategy and execution to build awareness, generate leads, and deepen engagement across our target audiences.

Responsibilities (You Will)
  • Campaign Development: Build and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, content, paid, SEO) to drive customer acquisition and retention.

  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with internal teams to create and distribute high-value content such as blog posts, white papers, case studies, newsletters, and webinars that reflect the voice of the educator.

  • Event Marketing: Plan and manage Doowii’s presence at EdTech conferences, trade shows, and regional events—including logistics, collateral, and lead capture strategies.

  • Partnership Enablement: Support go-to-market efforts with EdTech partners, including co-marketing campaigns, joint webinars, and sales enablement assets.

  • Analytics & Optimization: Define KPIs and track campaign performance. Use insights to improve ROI and optimize marketing spend.

  • Product Marketing: Help craft messaging for new features and launches. Translate technical concepts into benefits-focused messaging that resonates with K-12 and higher ed audiences.

  • CRM & Lead Nurturing: Manage lead funnels using Attio or similar tools. Design nurture flows and email campaigns that convert interest into action.

Requirements (You have)
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in EdTech, SaaS, or data/analytics.

  • Strong storytelling, writing, and content creation skills.

  • Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns with measurable results.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

  • Creative mindset with analytical rigor—comfortable with both strategy and hands-on execution.

  • Excellent project management and communication skills.

  • Passion for education and making a difference through data.
