Internal Tech Recruiter

Location: Remote (PST or EST work hours required)
Schedule: Full-Time

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Internal Tech Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone with a background in high-volume recruiting who’s worked in fast-paced staffing environments and understands how to connect top talent with complex technical needs. You’ll handle full-cycle recruiting while partnering with internal stakeholders and clients across the tech industry.

Responsibilities
  • Source, screen, and hire candidates for a variety of technical roles

  • Maintain and prioritize a high-volume pipeline across multiple openings

  • Conduct skill-based and technical interviews to ensure strong candidate fits

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics

  • Ensure timely and engaging communication with candidates throughout the process

  • Keep ATS records current and accurate for tracking and compliance

  • Contribute to process improvements that elevate candidate experience and hiring outcomes

What You’ll Need
  • 2–3 years of recruiting experience with high-volume, full-cycle hiring

  • Proven success conducting technical interviews and hiring for tech roles

  • Past experience supporting tech-focused clients or departments

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools

  • Availability to work within Pacific Standard Time hours several days per week
