About the Role

As SaaS Sales Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for guiding a team of Account Executives, refining outbound strategy, and directly contributing to pipeline growth and key account wins. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced startup environments and knows how to build scalable revenue engines.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of AEs to hit and exceed quota

  • Roll up your sleeves on outbound strategy and sales execution

  • Use Gong to coach and continuously improve team performance

  • Partner with Marketing and Product on positioning and outreach

  • Manage pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce and HubSpot

  • Close enterprise deals while supporting reps in complex negotiations

  • Help grow the team through hiring, onboarding, and performance development

What You’ll Need
  • 6+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, with 2+ years managing reps

  • Experience closing $100K+ deals in multi-stakeholder sales cycles

  • Expertise using modern sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong.io)

  • Strong leadership skills with a history of exceeding team quotas

  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments

  • Must be available to work Eastern Time hours

Preferred Experience
  • Startup sales leadership background

  • Success selling to marketing, data, or analytics buyers
