Technical Recruiter – Internal Hiring

Type: Full-Time · Remote (Must maintain core coverage during Eastern Time hours)

The Opportunity

We’re growing fast—and that growth depends on exceptional people. We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to lead internal hiring efforts across engineering, product, and data functions. In this role, you’ll own full-cycle recruiting, working closely with hiring managers to identify, engage, and hire top-tier talent in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle hiring: Source, screen, interview, coordinate, and close candidates with precision

  • Manage high volume: Juggle multiple open roles while maintaining candidate quality and speed-to-hire

  • Run skill-based interviews: Evaluate technical depth through structured, insight-driven conversations

  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Align closely with hiring managers and external partners to refine job requirements and candidate profiles

  • Maintain candidate experience: Deliver timely, clear communication from first contact to final offer

  • Leverage recruiting tools: Work fluently within our ATS, dialers, and sourcing platforms for data accuracy and reporting clarity

  • Improve the process: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies and help us iterate and scale effectively

What You’ll Bring
  • 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced staffing or internal hiring environment

  • Proven track record hiring technical talent (engineering, product, or data)

  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trust with candidates and stakeholders

  • Comfort with ATS platforms and sourcing tools; you know how to keep a pipeline flowing and data clean

  • Availability during EST working hours, with flexibility to overlap with PST schedules a few days a week
