Objective: Oversee the comprehensive planning, execution, and evaluation of clinical programs and provider services, with a focus on driving high-quality care delivery, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring robust patient participation in Clinical Programs including 1:1 appointments with Delfina Medical Group providers and educators, and group classes. This role contributes significantly to service innovation and aligns all initiatives with organizational goals and improved patient outcomes.

About You: You are a highly motivated and results-driven clinical leader with a strong background in both program management and hands-on healthcare operations. Holding an RN degree and possessing diverse experience across multiple specialties, you excel at building, managing, and optimizing effective clinical programs and provider teams. Your exceptional organizational skills, strategic mindset, and collaborative approach enable you to collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive patient engagement, and deliver measurable outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the implementation of Delfina Medical Group clinical programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, patient care standards
  • Actively driving patient participation in Clinical Programs, including 1:1 appointments and group classes with Delfina Medical Group providers and educators
  • Directly manage and provide comprehensive oversight to clinical provider teams (e.g., mental health, dieticians, lactation, educators) and operational support teams (e.g., patient support specialists), including staffing, scheduling, and payroll approval for assigned teams
  • Oversee day-to-day patient operations for Clinical Programs, including logistics, follow-up, troubleshooting, appointment management, insurance verification, and order processing, ensuring strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining high-quality service standards
  • Collaborate closely with the Clinical Innovation team to design Clinical Programs, execute SOPs, contribute to the continuous innovation of service offerings, and ensure overall program success with a clear focus on improving patient outcomes
  • Work closely with the Clinical Nurse Manager, Patient Services for Clinical Program improvement and continued innovation
  • Monitor program and service performance, develop and track key quality metrics, and implement continuous process improvements to optimize both clinical and operational outcomes
  • Effectively manage budgets, timelines, and resources for all clinical initiatives and provider services under your purview
  • Serve as a primary liaison between leadership, staff, providers, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication of program objectives, progress, and results
  • Provide operational support to providers for patient-related tasks, such as referrals and device management

Qualifications: 

  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with an active, unencumbered license
  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in clinical program management
  • Proven experience in direct management and oversight of clinical and/or operational teams
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience in developing, tracking, and reporting program metrics
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams and with various stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • Experience implementing quality improvement initiatives or managing accreditation processes
  • Certification in healthcare quality or program management (e.g., CPHQ, PMP)
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and various healthcare IT solutions
  • Experience working in the maternal health space

Compensation: $110,000-$125,000 USD annually 

The base salary range for this full-time position in the United States represents a wide variety of factors, including location, skills, experience, education, and training. New hires who meet most of the qualifications above should expect to earn near the middle of the posted salary range.
