Resource Innovations is seeking a Trade Ally Manager to join our growing team in New Jersey. As a Trade Ally Manager, you will work in a dynamic environment supporting the implementation of residential multifamily energy efficiency programs. The Trade Ally Manager plays a vital role in building partnerships with key stakeholders to deliver on program goals and provide energy efficiency projects to multifamily program participants.
The Trade Ally Manager will, in coordination with program subcontractor partners, develop a robust network of contractors to deliver HVAC, lighting, water heating and other energy saving measures to multifamily customers. This position will leverage existing organizational relationships and partnerships while developing new connections with union, diverse, disadvantaged and other contractors to deliver on program goals and achieve energy savings for customers. The Trade Ally Manager must be responsive to contractor needs and be able to effectively communicate program requirements, offering training and support to a variety of different tradespeople.

Resource Innovations offers competitive salaries based on a candidate's skills, experience and qualifications for the position. The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $100,000 - $126,566. In addition to base pay, employees are eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location.
We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes three weeks of paid vacation per year; paid holidays; a 401(k)-retirement plan with employer matching; health, dental and vision insurance; and other supplemental benefits.
