About You
- You have 2 years of relevant experience in a paid marketing, growth or demand-generation role, with a track record of achieving business objectives and improving performance.
- You're an ace when it comes to hands-on campaign management (SEM, PPC, Paid Social, Retargeting) with expertise in at least one core channel (Google and Bing Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- You're fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication in both.
- You move fast, think like a hacker, and aren’t afraid to test, break, debug, and iterate relentlessly — done is better than perfect, and speed is your default.
- You are constantly on the lookout for a first-mover advantage on a channel, tactic, hack or growth opportunity that could drive new business.
- You'll readily switch from analytics to get an answer to a hunch, to A/B testing copy and boost product features, to brainstorming new growth ideas.
- You have a deep love for data-driven decisions with experience in running split tests, optimising funnels, and developing metrics.
- You have experience with outbound and automation tools like Make, N8N, or Clay — or you're curious to dive into them.
The Role
On a typical day, you will...
- Plan, launch, and manage targeted campaigns across multiple channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, and Review Platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, Capterra) to drive customer acquisition.

Continuously optimise the sales pipeline by leveraging data at every step of the journey.

Develop a deep understanding of our target buyers and ideal customer profile, and translate that into effective, high-impact strategies and campaigns.

Apply a structured testing approach to validate hypotheses, recommend performance improvements, and identify scalable tactics, channels, and messaging.
- Design, execute, and manage end-to-end growth experiments, from ideation to QA and launch.
- Track, analyse, and report on weekly and monthly channel metrics, KPIs, and progress toward goals.

Actively contribute to the growth of Coverflex’s acquisition channels (Outbound, Paid, Lifecycle, etc.), while leading or supporting collaborative, cross-functional experiments.

Webflow, Make, Amplitude, Lemlist, Clearbit, Lightdash, Dreamdata, Segment, Airtable, Hubspot and other 20+ tools (plus the ones you believe will make us succeed)
Salary Range
For this position, we have a total gross salary range of 34.000€ to 40.000€, depending on your experience, plus health insurance and other benefits you can check below.
