Tax Operations Specialists

✔️Detailed description of work task to be carried out:

Welcome to DBS Denmark. The team adds value by delivering high-quality services to customers. As a new team member, you'll play a valuable role in supporting and developing the unit, creating great customer experiences.

The team is handling Danish Personal and Business Banking inquiries, providing professional and friendly customer service. The project will focus core attention on tax corrections.

✔️What you’ll be doing:

  • Contributing to the general DBS Denmark Services' strategic initiatives
  • Delivering on time and with high quality with strong focus on risk and compliance
  • Taking care of effective cooperation and transparent communication with relevant stakeholders
  • Optimizing banking processes
  • Focusing on continuous improvements to ensure the most efficient operations
  • Creating accurate SOPs
  • Execution of tax corrections connected to Aktiesparekonto in DK – a Stock Savings Account with beneficial tax conditions

The DBS Denmark team is located in three cities.

  • Experience with tax applications is an advantage

✔️Experience and background:

  • Advanced level of English (reading and writing)
  • Excellent communication skills across different business levels, with the ability to build partnership relations
  • Knowledge of Lean and continuous improvements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Preferable previous experience in a back-office position
