About the role:

As an Intake Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, handling outbound sales calls in the area of immigration, qualifying leads, and managing intake processes. You will also support the firm with general administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations. This role is ideal for someone confident on the phone, highly detail-oriented, and experienced in working in a fast-paced, remote legal environment.

Experience working with a U.S.-based law firm is strongly preferred.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Make outbound calls in immigration to prospective clients to assess their needs and determine eligibility for legal services.
  • Guide potential clients through the intake process with professionalism and empathy.
  • Accurately collect, enter, and maintain client information in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain communication to ensure timely conversions.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to ensure all required documents and information are gathered.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling client correspondence.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with legal and ethical guidelines.
  • Contribute to improving intake and administrative workflows for greater efficiency.



Who are we looking for?

  • Able to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

Position: Intake Specialist

Remote Status: Fully Remote

Working Hours: 9 am - 6 pm CT

Salary: USD 1000 - USD 1400
