Job description

We're hiring a Digital Marketing Executive on behalf of our client, Singapore based firm specialising in immigration consultancy, corporate secretarial, tax and accounting services. This role is remote role and have to travel to Singapore office. In This role, you will take charge of digital campaigns, strengthen company's online presence, create engaging content and drive lead generation through strategic marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies with defined goals, timelines and KPIs
  • Create high-quality content for websites, social media, emails, and promotional materials
  • Manage and grow social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, Telegram, WhatsApp)
  • Conceptualise and produce short-form video content for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels
  • Execute email marketing campaigns with segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure campaign effectiveness and timely delivery
  • Track and analyse digital campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools
  • Set up tracking infrastructure (e.g., pixels, Google Tag Manager) with technical support
  • Collaborate with SEO agencies, XiaoHongShu marketers, and other external partners
  • Stay up-to-date with digital trends and competitor activities to refine campaign strategies
  • Recommend and implement website improvements for SEO and user experience
Requirements:
  • Diploma or higher in Marketing, Business or related field
  • Experience in a Digital Marketing Executive role or similar
  • Skilled in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, email marketing software, and social media platforms
  • Strong content creation, copywriting, and communication skills
  • Creative thinker with an analytical mindset and results-driven attitude
  • Proficient in managing multiple social media platforms
  • Able to work independently and proactively improve marketing outreach
  • Fluency in English required; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage
  • Willingness to travel to Singapore 1-2 days a week
