Title: Business Consultant – Senior
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 Months + 12 Months possible extension

Must Have
Education

University degree in business, management or a related discipline and four years of related experience; OR
Two-year diploma in business, management or a related discipline from a recognized post-secondary institution and six years of related experience; OR
One-year certificate in business, management or a related discipline from a recognized post-secondary institution and seven years of related experience.

Work Experience

Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions within SAP BTP
Experience in SAP Integration Suite(API Management, EM, Open Connectors, Integration Advisor)
Experience using ERP systems such as SAP
Experience with business plans, mandates, strategic priorities, objectives and/or programs of 1GX.
Experience with SAP ECC projects
Experience with the development of business cases for a wide variety of initiatives and projects (strategic, business improvement, information technology, etc.).
Experience with migration of SAP Process Orchestration solutions to new S/4 HANA cloud integration platforms
Understanding of SAP software and project implementation methodology.

Nice to Have

Active certification in CAPM, PMP or PgMP as issued by the Project Management Institute or equivalent and/or an active CMC designation as issued by a member institute of the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes or equivalent.
Experience conducting, facilitating and interpreting impact and risk assessments across multiple scenarios.
Experience evaluating policies, programs, and initiatives using program development principles
Experience using analytical and problem solving skills to plan and design creative solutions.
Experience with business writing, communication and documentation.
Experience working in or for the public sector.
