We are seeking a detail-driven and proactive Marketing Project Coordinator to support the execution of marketing initiatives within the health benefits industry. In this role, you’ll help manage campaign timelines, coordinate creative and content production, and ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration—all while gaining valuable experience in a highly regulated and impactful field. Primary Responsibilities


Project Support & Coordination
Assist in managing the execution of marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, and print

  • Maintain project trackers, timelines, and task lists to ensure all deliverables stay on schedule
  • Support coordination between internal teams (design, content, compliance, product) and external partners (vendors, brokers)
  • Help prepare project documentation, briefs, and campaign summaries
  • Apply foundational marketing acumen in digital channels (SEO, social, content), campaign execution, and performance analysis

Content & Compliance Workflow Management

  • Track and route content through compliance and legal review processes specific to the health benefits industry
  • Organize and maintain asset libraries and marketing collateral
  • Support edits and version control on campaign materials
  • Become an SME in the project management software used by the team.

Meetings & Communication

  • Schedule and facilitate marketing team meetings, take notes, and track follow-ups
  • Communicate status updates clearly with stakeholders and escalate issues when needed
  • Facilitate daily Scrum meetings to ensure team alignment, track progress, and identify impediments.
Requirements

Minimum qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in a marketing support, coordination, or project assistant role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Teamwork, Trello, or similar) and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment
  • Interest in or familiarity with the health benefits or healthcare space

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • Experience working in a regulated industry (healthcare, finance, insurance, etc.)
  • Exposure to marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot)

Physical Requirements: 

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer per day
  • Repetitive use of fingers, hands, elbows, and arms, including typing, reaching, grasping, and writing
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and carry 5-30 pounds occasionally
  • Hearing and speaking ability sufficient to carry on a conversation with another individual (or groups of individuals) in person and over the telephone.
  • Visual ability is sufficient to read and produce printed material and information displayed on a computer screen.
