Job description

Position Summary: Stretto is seeking an Operations Manager to join our team in a remote role (daily schedule of 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Mountain Time).  In this role, the Operations Manager will work alongside the Managing Director and Founder of Chapter 11 Dockets to manage the day-to-day operations of Stretto’s Chapter 11 Dockets product line. 

The Operations Manager will be responsible for handling substantially all of the day-to-day requirements of the product line and escalating any required operations items to the Managing Director as necessary. More specifically, this individual will be responsible for handling required updating of the product’s databases on the daily timeline required, preparing internal and external reports, handling customer service and support requests, creating/drafting content to support the product’s marketing efforts, supporting client development activities, and any other tasks or duties that may be required to support the product line’s day-to-day operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Interact with clients and other restructuring professionals
  • Anticipate client needs and provide solutions to meet those needs
  • Collect, manage, and maintain large volumes of records in databases on a timely basis
  • Review and analyze bankruptcy court filings to prepare internal and external reports
  • Conduct basic legal research tasks to support content creation 
  • Work with clients and professionals to prepare reports, articles and other written materials
  • Extract usage data as required to support operational requirements
  • Assist in management of business development pipeline
  • Other projects or tasks as required by product line

 

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) and/or a minimum of two years related experience in corporate restructuring or related industry
  • Paralegal or legal experience is also preferred.

 

Physical Requirements

  1. Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with federal, state and local standards. 
  2. Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
  3. Might be exposed to prolonged sedentary hours of work and use of computer.

The  pay range for this role is currently $45,000.00 - $65,000.00. The Company’s salary ranges are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of various factors, including job-related skills, relevant education and experience, abilities of the applicant and equity with other team members. The hourly base salary range listed here is subject to change at any time, at the Company’s discretion, and does not alter in any way the at-will nature of the employment relationship.
