Job Summary:

We are excited to offer a flexible, fully remote opportunity for a Customer Support Advocate to join our team. This is a non-salaried, contract-based position ideal for individuals seeking remote work with adaptable hours and a performance-based pay structure. As a Customer Support Advocate, you will serve as a front-line liaison between our organization and its customers, handling service-related inquiries and requests with professionalism and care.



Key Responsibilities:

       Respond to and resolve incoming customer service calls.

       Manage and fulfill other customer support requests outside of phone calls.

       Accurately document all services performed using designated service tickets.

       Ensure each service ticket is submitted for and receives approval from your supervisor.

       Maintain a professional, empathetic, and customer-first attitude in all interactions.

       Adhere to established communication standards, guidelines, and procedures.



Qualifications:

       Prior experience in customer service or support roles preferred.

       Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

       Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

       Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup.

       Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
