Job Summary:

As a Customer Support Advocate, you will serve as a front-line liaison between
our organization and its customers, handling service-related inquiries and
requests with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities:
● Respond to and resolve incoming
customer service calls.
● Manage and fulfill other customer
support requests outside of phone calls.
● Accurately document all services
performed using designated service tickets.
● Ensure each service ticket is
submitted for and receives approval from your supervisor.
● Maintain a professional, empathetic,
and customer-first attitude in all interactions.
● Adhere to established communication
standards, guidelines, and procedures.
Qualifications:
● Prior experience in customer service
or support roles preferred.
● Strong communication skills, both
written and verbal.
● Self-motivated and capable of
working independently in a remote environment.
● Reliable internet connection and
suitable home office setup.
● Detail-oriented with strong
organizational skills.
