About the role:

We’re looking for an Implementation Specialist to work directly with the Engagement Director and collaborate with deployment teams, the product team, and customers. This role combines business analysis, software configuration and integration, and customer support.

The specialist will be responsible for gathering requirements, configuring and integrating software solutions, providing expert guidance, and ensuring successful customer adoption. The ideal candidate is versatile, able to manage multiple tasks, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Daily activities include analyzing, designing, configuring, integrating, delivering, and training on solutions tailored to customer products and services.

Responsibilities

• Execute on project implementations.
• Review, analyze, and evaluate customer business requirements and solution objectives.
• Configure requirements in the software, including content, forms, data, workflows, reports, and the like.
• Set up integrations between software platforms.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Participate in ongoing implementation team decisions and internal projects.
• Document the steps required to develop or modify applications.
• Lead implementation-specific activities.
• Input issues into customer-facing and internal issue-tracking applications, and follow up with internal team members and external customers.
• Work with other Professional Services team members to support customer needs.
• Communicate with internal Product Development team members for technical support and product enhancement needs.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of implementation specialist experience.
• English proficiency level B2+/C1.
• B.A. or higher in a related field.
• Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new software.
• Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and technical background.
• Must be highly organized and work well under pressure.
• Excellent problem-solving, research and analysis, technical, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an agile software development environment using JIRA and documenting user stories.
• Ability to deal with multiple projects, conflicting timelines, and changing priorities effectively and efficiently.
• Familiarity with CRM and CPQ products.
• Knowledge of technology, including IT networking, internet technologies, and web applications.
• Demonstrated JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and SQL skills and experience.
