We are hiring experienced Senior Pega Developers to work on innovative banking applications, with a focus on the lending domain. You'll develop scalable, high-performance solutions using modern tech stacks, Agile, and DevOps practices. With a cloud-first mindset, you'll contribute to end-to-end delivery while collaborating across teams.

YOUR MISSION

• Design (functional and technical), develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on the integration platform

• Support UAT for the integrations

•  Define and run reporting to validate configuration consistency

•  Ensure system availability and system monitoring

•  Monitoring and communication of scheduled events (maintenance, updates, major incidents etc.)

•  Interface and logs monitoring and reaction on issues

•  Provide on-going technical support for existing customization and configurations being used on the integration platform

•  Share your knowledge on development best practices, as needed

•  Experience and understanding of common software development methods, tools, concepts (DevOps)

WHO YOU ARE:  

• 3–5+ years of experience working with integration platforms (e.g., Pega, WebLogic, Service Bus, webMethods, WSO2, Tibco)

• Certified System Architect (CSA) is a must; Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) preferred

• Experience with Constellation-based development together with enterprise modular reuse pattern is highly desired. 

• Experience with Kafka and REST API integrations. 

• Hands-on expertise with SOAP, REST, and PL/SQL

• Proficient in data modeling, XML (XSD, XSLT, XQuery, XPath), and UML

• Basic knowledge of BPM and process architecture

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices

• Strong communication skills in English (B2+), German is a plus

Accenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay starting from 2000 € to 4000€ to EUR depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
