Responsible for the successful implementation of Deluxe’s most complex Treasury Management solutions on projects as assigned. Works on projects managed by project managers or implementation managers to configure box setups and changes in IRPS, unit test, and delivery of the solution in accordance with the Customer Requirements Document (CRD) and in line with the Project Plan.

Acts as a technical SME throughout the life cycle of the project.  Engages with onboarding teams, development and QA providing expertise around IRPS configuration.

• Supports multiple projects of all sizes and complexities, for client inhouse environments for existing and new logo clients. Engages in multiple, simultaneous complex projects.  Assists lockbox and other receivables product onboarding teams in supporting projects.

• Leads unit testing or performs testing on systems prior to delivery and during implementation to ensure a quality product. Works collaboratively with other team members to resolve issues and recommend work standards by studying operational requirements and methods; identifying improvements; communicating suggestions to team members.

• Validate estimates and provide project updates regarding activity durations and effort on an ongoing basis for configuration task and commitments.

• Ability to work autonomously and in flexible hours including evenings or weekends as needed to support production deployments or other business needs.

Basic Qualifications: 

Education and Experience:  

• Bachelors in IT, Mathematics, Computer Science and 5 years related experience or HS/GED and 9 years of related experience

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience with configuration in Deluxe IRPS platforms

• Technical experience with hardware, software and networks.

• Business or technical experience with MS-Office applications, Visio, Adobe Acrobat, databases.

• Minimum five years’ experience in technical support role or technical development role.

• Background in Treasury Management industry; development, implementations, support or operation.

• Background in implementation and/or support of complex payments solutions.

• Demonstrated track record of developing code or scripts.

• Working knowledge of one or more Deluxe Treasury Management solutions.

• Exceptional communications, organization, and time management skills.  

• Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects in parallel. 

• Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively remotely with geographically diverse teams
