Customer Engineer – Power Platform

Location: Canada- remote
 

We are seeking an experienced Customer Engineer specializing in Microsoft Power Platform to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on designing and implementing governance strategies, best practices, and tailored Power Platform solutions for enterprise customers. You will work closely with clients to architect solutions, troubleshoot applications, and establish governance frameworks that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement governance strategies for Power Platform environments.

  • Develop custom solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.

  • Provide architectural guidance and troubleshoot existing applications.

  • Deliver technical training and support to enterprise customers.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs.

  • Establish and manage Power Platform Centers of Excellence (CoE).

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise

  • Proficiency in:

    • Power Automate Desktop

    • Power Pages

    • Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)

    • Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)

    • Power Platform Admin Center
       

  • Advanced knowledge of:

    • Power Platform governance and administration

    • Center of Excellence (CoE) Starter Kit configuration

    • Dataverse and data integration (e.g., SharePoint)
       

  • Experience in:

    • Developing and optimizing Power Automate desktop flows

    • Setting up and managing environments, security roles, and DLP policies

    • Reporting and data analysis using PPAC and M365 audit logs
       

Professional Experience

  • Intermediate to expert-level experience in Power Platform development and governance.

  • Demonstrated success in large-scale enterprise environments.

  • Previous customer-facing consulting roles highly desirable.
     

Communication & Collaboration

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Ability to deliver technical training and guide architectural decisions.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
     

Certifications & Language

  • Advanced Microsoft certifications preferred.

  • Language proficiency:

    • French: Expert

    • English: Proficient to Expert

At Concentrix, we provide customer experience solutions that may involve handling sensitive data.  As part of our hiring process, all candidates must undergo a background check in accordance with applicable law, which will include identity verification and employment eligibility.

The base salary range for this position is $80,646 - $120,969 CAD plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
