About the Role

As Director of Talent Acquisition, you’ll be responsible for building and scaling our hiring engine to support rapid growth across all departments. This role is critical to our next stage of expansion, and you’ll have end-to-end ownership of recruitment strategy, operations, and team leadership.

You’ll partner with senior leadership to forecast needs, define what “great” looks like, and ensure we hire world-class talent that aligns with our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale our talent acquisition function across the world
  • Develop a proactive and data-driven recruiting strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Build and manage a high-performing team of recruiters
  • Partner with functional leaders and founders to define hiring plans, job scopes, and assessment frameworks
  • Implement scalable systems, workflows, and tools (ATS, sourcing platforms, metrics dashboards)
  • Own our employer brand strategy and candidate experience, ensuring consistency and excellence
  • Report on hiring metrics and funnel efficiency to executive stakeholder.

  • 15+ years of recruiting experience, with 3–5 years in a leadership role
  • Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed SaaS or tech startup environment
  • Proven success hiring across GTM, Product, Engineering, G&A, and leadership roles
  • Strong knowledge of global labor markets and tech talent landscapes
  • Hands-on with recruiting systems and sourcing strategies
  • Data- and process-oriented mindset with strong stakeholder management
  • A bias for action, ownership, and continuous improvement
  • Passion for building high-performing and inclusive teams
