We’re on the lookout for an Area Manager (Regional Managing Director) to lead our Bristol & Bath region. In this role, you'll influence four key areas—People, Product, Place, and Performance, while supporting and inspiring our General Managers (Patraos) to lead the Nando’s way.
You’ll take full accountability for 10 restaurants in your region—supporting growth, guiding team development, and driving both customer experience and financial performance. Your goal? To deliver strong sales and profit while upholding our brand standards and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for teams and guests alike.
