QA Analyst/QA Tester (Contingent)

Kollabio is looking for a skilled and experienced QA Analyst / QA Tester with a strong grasp of both front-end and back-end technologies to join our innovative and dynamic team. In this essential position, you will perform both automated and manual testing to guarantee software performance and compliance with user requirements. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing and executing test plans, system tests, integration tests, regression tests, and load tests to replicate peak traffic scenarios. You will also ensure that the application adheres to legal and best-practice standards for security and accessibility while conducting related testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnosing problems to recognize and address any concerns
• Establish comprehensive specifications for requirements and convey them to the development team.
• Support the evaluation of solutions to confirm they align with business requirements.
• Provide ongoing support to stakeholders and ensure that solutions are effectively implemented.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance our consulting services.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional experience working as a QA Analyst / QA Tester.
• Strong knowledge of accessibility testing standards (e.g., WCAG) and experience using related tools (e.g., WAVE, Axe).
• Certifications: ISTQB Foundation Level or equivalent
• Expertise in design, development, and creation of test plans and supporting test cases for computer systems and business applications based on business and functional requirements.
• Familiarity with tools .Selenium, LoadRunner, Cypress, JMeter, WAVE, Axe, WCAG Standards
• Authorized to work in U.S.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and build relationships with stakeholders.

• Ability to execute manual and automated test cases.
• Experience with tools and methodologies for performance testing (e.g., LoadRunner, JMeter) to simulate and validate system behavior under peak conditions.
• Ability to identify, analyze, and report security vulnerabilities using industry-standard security testing frameworks (e.g., OWASP, Veracode).

Note: This role is contingent upon contract award.
