Job description

Kollabio is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer who possesses a robust understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies to join our dynamic and innovative team. In this key role, you will be expected to contribute not only to the development of high-quality web applications but also to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our project outcomes and drive our mission forward. Expertise in software analysis, design, estimation, development, testing, enhancements, support, and related activities through different stages of SDLC process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Key tasks include planning, design, coding, and testing of applications in a .NET environment.
  • Diagnosing problems to recognize and address any concerns
  • Establish comprehensive specifications for requirements and convey them to the development team.
  • Support the evaluation of solutions to confirm they align with business requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support to stakeholders and ensure that solutions are effectively implemented.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance our consulting services.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional experience working as a Full Stack Developer.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Application Developer Associate or equivalent
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with tools .NET 9+ Framework, C#, SQL Server, Angular/React, REST APIs, Azure DevOps, Git
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience in process mapping and modeling techniques.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset.

Note: This role is contingent upon contract award.
