The Community Relationship Manager is a people-first connector who builds trust and drives engagement within our online client and prospect community. You’ll nurture relationships, re-engage leads, and elevate the overall experience of being in our ecosystem. Your mission is to turn curiosity into conversion by educating, inspiring, and supporting community members at every stage of the sales journey. This role blends inside sales, client success, and digital community management. You’ll work across platforms like Go High Level, Facebook groups, and email/text campaigns to connect with leads and ensure no opportunity is left untapped. You’ll also coordinate with Sales Transaction Managers to route warm opportunities and share meaningful insights from the community.
