Neo Group is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. As a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our French-speaking customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate assistance in French through chats & emails.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to management.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both French and English.
  • Ability to work rotational shifts - Morning, Afternoon, Night. (including some weekends).
  • Previous experience in customer support or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Having an experience with crypto is huge plus.
