Job description

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our dynamic team. After a comprehensive training period, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of hand tools and semi- and fully-automatic strapping and wrapping machines at customer sites across Spain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and commission industrial packaging machines and tools at customer locations.

  • Perform mechanical and electrical repairs and preventive maintenance.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.

  • Provide on-site training and support to customers for optimal machine use.

  • Collaborate with the back office and technical service team for planning, parts, and technical documentation.

  • Travel occasionally to customer sites in Portugal and Italy.

Your Profile
  • Degree or vocational training in a technical field (mechanical or electrical preferred).

  • Proven experience in a similar field service or technical support role.

  • Strong mechanical skills; electrical knowledge is a plus.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.

  • Proficient in English (spoken and written); Spanish or Italian is a plus.

  • Willingness to travel and work independently.

  • Comfortable using MS Office and basic digital tools.
