Position Title: Senior Data Scientist

Location: Remote - Colombia

What you will be doing:

The Data Scientist, you will own the end-to-end process of modeling and delivering machine learning solutions that align with client goals. You will play a client-facing role and be responsible for translating business needs into data science strategies. Your responsibilities will include:

Client Collaboration: Lead conversations with business stakeholders to gather domain insights, define key data requirements, and identify actionable KPIs.
Modeling Strategy: Own the decision-making process on modeling approaches, evaluation metrics, and techniques for ensuring business relevance.
Model Development: Build, test, and refine models using regression, supervised learning (e.g., XGBoost), anomaly detection, and time series modeling.
Tool Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard tools such as Scikit-learn, Keras, and PyTorch, and manage models via MLflow and Databricks.
Communication of Insights: Communicate model architecture, performance metrics, and business impact to non-technical stakeholders.
Business Impact: Continuously align modeling outcomes with business goals to ensure tangible results and drive value for clients.

Requirements & Qualifications
