Salary Range:
up to 1500 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Sagan represents a boutique CPA firm with a collaborative admin team, including a Chief of Staff and Office Manager. The firm operates in a fast-paced, client-centric environment and is looking for a junior Executive Assistant to support day-to-day operations and team efficiency.

Position Overview:

This Executive Assistant role is a great opportunity for someone early in their career looking to grow in a structured, professional environment. You'll provide administrative support to the Chief of Staff and Office Manager, helping ensure that the firm's internal workflows and external engagements run smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and eager to contribute to a high-performance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and support task prioritization.
  • Coordinate internal and client meetings, prepare agendas, and assist with follow-ups.
  • Help organize documentation, notes, and internal tracking systems.
  • Support email and calendar management for key stakeholders.
  • Track and follow up on deliverables and deadlines.
  • Assist with light project coordination and general team support.


Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years in an Executive Assistant, Admin Coordinator, or similar support role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Comfort with tools like Google Workspace, Calendly, Slack, or similar.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience supporting professional services (e.g., CPA, consulting, or legal firms).
  • Familiarity with CRMs or task management tools.
