Job Description Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Leader to oversee operations across the North East Region, including the Chesapeake, New England, Ohio Valley, Lake Erie and NY & Philadelphia Markets. This role is responsible for driving revenue and margin growth, enhancing customer loyalty, delivering world-class service, and fostering employee satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, operational excellence, and a passion for customer success.

Job Description

  • Provide strategic leadership and foster a positive, high-performance culture across the region.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop regional leaders to ensure alignment with company values and business goals.
  • Champion GE HealthCare Beliefs, with a strong emphasis on customer focus and integrity.
  • Drive business outcomes by managing customer relationships and ensuring service excellence.
  • Optimize operational processes including planned maintenance, overtime, non-contract revenue, and cost productivity.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, consistently exceeding expectations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance business performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Promote a safe work environment and ensure compliance with all EHS policies and procedures.

This role can sit remotely in any state within the Northeast Region of USA.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $200,000.00-$300,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
