About the Position

We’re looking for a results-driven, tactical Revenue Marketing Specialist to join our high-performing Marketing team. You’ll be responsible for executing multi-channel campaigns, managing marketing assets, optimizing lead life stage performance, and directly contributing to revenue growth.


This role reports to the Revenue Marketing Manager and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams across Sales, Underwriting, and Revenue Operations.


What You’ll Do

Marketing Management

  • Master assigned program industries, value proposition, and business targets.
  • Execute program-specific marketing playbooks to drive revenue outcomes.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to launch integrated campaigns.
  • Develop insights on targeting, messaging, and channels.

Tactic & Channel Execution

  • Own marketing content creation and asset development across channels.
  • Execute campaigns across email, paid ads, social, and website.
  • Manage lead inventory, quality, and conversion in HubSpot and Salesforce.

Insights & Optimization

  • Analyze campaign data using CRM and analytics tools.
  • Make data-informed recommendations to improve performance.
  • Collaborate on reporting and apply findings to optimize future tactics.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Underwriting for feedback loops and alignment.
  • Work with Revenue Operations to ensure accurate data segmentation and tracking.

Reporting & Performance

  • Report key KPIs: Leads, IQLs, MQLs, SQLs, Submissions, Quotes, Revenue, Conversions, and ROI.
  • Use dashboards and tools to monitor campaign success and course-correct.


What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing with ownership of KPIs and revenue impact.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and analytics tools.
  • Proven record managing campaigns across email, social, paid media, and web.
  • Strong project management skills, collaboration mindset, and analytical abilities.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic, and results-oriented environments.
  • US-based company experience is a plus.
