We are currently looking for an Oracle CX Cloud Enterprise Architect, responsible for leading and advising projects that involve the Oracle CX Suite of products (CX Sales, Service, Marketing, CPQ and Subscription Management) as well as Oracle ERP. The Oracle CX Cloud Enterprise Architect will help to position AST to deliver Oracle CX Cloud applications in cross functional environments that include CPQ, Subscription Management, SCM, Procurement, Financials and other applications.

This position requires a very broad range of knowledge within Oracle Cloud Applications and a deep understanding of business processes related to CX, SCM, Financials and implementation execution. Additionally, the Oracle CX Cloud Architect will have a thorough understanding of the impacts that CX applications have on downstream SCM, PPM and Financial modules.

The position will be responsible for leading AST project implementation teams, practice development and pre-sales support. This is a full-time/permanent and remote position only that can sit anywhere in the United States or Canada, with the expectation of travel as needed to customer sites for critical events and milestones.

What You'll Do:

• Drive delivery of Oracle CX Cloud and downstream (SCM, PPM, Financials) applications during project implementations
• Define and design required product extensions, integrations and reporting
• Be able to advise multiple projects on overall solution architecture
• Manage project escalations and report to project leadership
• Lead and execute implementations where Oracle CX Cloud projects are part of a cross-functional/multi-pillar solution, or they make up the entire solution
• Drive conformance to AST project methodology, documentation archival and re-use of project standard documents
• Be able to manage and coordinate engagements on a T&M or Fixed Fee basis
• Assist in RFP response where Oracle CX Cloud applications are involved
• Assist in the development of content for SOW creation and be able to plan staffing and budget needs accordingly
• Assist in the development and presentation of CX Cloud applications product demonstrations
• Create and lead training sessions for junior internal staff members regarding Oracle CX applications
• Assist in recruiting efforts

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum 10-12 years of experience with Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud (minimum 4 full lifecycle implementations)
• Have at least 5 project implementations that utilizes CX/CRM, SCM, PPM and Financials functionality
• Have a very strong understanding and hands-on knowledge of delivery methodology and leading delivery teams
• Experience in project estimation and team structure definition
• Possess a proven track record of leadership roles and solution architecture definition
• Experience in global design and project implementations in multi-language and multi-currency environments
