Job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager/ Customer Success Manager to work at Axlora, a fast-growing, bootstrapped fractional technical department dedicated to startups. Startups are fighting to stay alive, and in order to keep engineers focused on the core roadmap, we take compliance, cybersecurity, and IT off their already-full plates as a fractional department.

In this role, you will report directly to our COO and will work directly with multiple dozens of top-tier startups.

Responsibilities

  • Internal work
    • Setting up new customers in project management system
    • Compiling and cleaning customer data as we get it
    • Owning customer project timelines via internal project management systems
    • Verifying technical evidence in GRC platforms
  • Customer-facing work
    • Organizing evidence into GRC platforms (e.g. Vanta), completing non-technical tasks as part of various compliance frameworks
    • Writing updates to customers
    • Preparing agendas with pre-work for customer meetings
    • Scheduling and running synchronous meetings
    • Owning the response timing and quality to customers

  • Qualifications
    • Work experience in fields related to software engineering, management consulting, product management, project management
    • New grads are welcome to apply

      • Extremely organized: will not let any details slip through the cracks, whether for themselves or for the entire team
      • Technical and loves tech: not necessarily pursuing software engineering as a career, but you understand the modern tech stack and love learning new pieces of technology
    • (Preferred) experience with startups
    • (Preferred) experience with software engineering

    Compensation Range: $72K - $84K
