This job posting is a pool for anticipated openings. If selected for the role, this will be a full time position located from a remote office anywhere in the country with a requirement of up to 50% national travel in accordance with public health guidelines.

What You’ll Do
Our Content Leads support instructional improvement on the ground with our school system partners. You’ll work closely with our Director of Instructional Support, executing professional development, leading instructional walkthroughs, building and coaching capacity in leaders, and providing content expertise to our partners throughout the country. We will provide this support for partners in person, and virtually as schools mandate, including conducting in person and virtual observations and reviews of student work to understand the current state of instruction and designing and delivering in person and virtual professional development experiences. You’re a detail-oriented educator with a strong background in ELA and instructional coaching in grades K-12 as well as in developing and facilitating impactful adult learning experiences. You should be passionate about improving instructional effectiveness and believe in the potential of students, teachers, and systems. You will be on our Partnerships and Coaching Team, which supports schools throughout the country, and report to the Director of Instructional Support. Specifically, you will:

Compensation:
