Job Title: Sales Enablement Associate

Position Overview:

As the Sales Enablement Associate, you’ll be a critical link between sales, marketing, and product, responsible not only for empowering and equipping the sales team but also for ensuring they have a steady stream of high-quality leads. In this role, you'll own sales tooling and materials, improve your enablement programs, and oversee lead generation and data enrichment efforts to support revenue growth.

This position does not require prior experience in sales or marketing, making it an excellent opportunity to gain valuable insights into these fields. It is an ideal role for individuals interested in project management and eager to explore various aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update existing and publish new process support documents for the sales team.
  • Manage weekly continuous improvement sprints for the growth team.
  • Create and maintain sales playbooks, pitch decks, battle cards, and other go-to-market resources.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product to align messaging and campaign assets with sales objectives (e.g. for new promotions on existing products or on positioning new product features or functionality).
  • Own lead data enrichment processes, ensuring Hubspot CRM data is accurate, segmented, and actionable.
  • Collaborate with BI to select and use third-party and in-house (e.g. Service Operations team) data sources and tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Apollo, Seamless) to fuel lead generation efforts.
  • Oversee the process of generating and assigning new leads to the appropriate sales or marketing teams for outreach.
  • Develop workflows to track lead quality and handoff success, optimizing based on performance.
  • Partner with BI to analyze sales and pipeline data and report on the impact of enablement initiatives.
