Job Title: SAP PM Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant to join our team and support the implementation, optimization, and support of SAP PM modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plant maintenance processes and be able to translate business requirements into functional SAP solutions. Experience with S/4HANA is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design SAP PM solutions accordingly.

• Configure SAP PM modules, including equipment, functional locations, maintenance planning, task lists, and notifications.

• Support end-to-end PM processes: preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.

• Collaborate with other SAP module consultants (e.g., MM, PP, QM, FI) to ensure seamless integration.

• Conduct testing (unit, integration, UAT), training, and documentation.

• Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot issues.

• Lead workshops and gather requirements from business stakeholders.

• Support data migration and cutover activities during implementation.

• Align system setup with company maintenance strategies and KPIs.

• Stay up to date with SAP best practices and S/4HANA innovations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience as an SAP PM Consultant.

• Hands-on experience in SAP PM configuration and implementation.

• Deep understanding of maintenance strategies, order processing, notifications, task lists, and maintenance planning.

• Strong knowledge of integration points with MM, PP, QM, and FI.

• Experience with S/4HANA is a strong advantage.

• Familiar with SAP Activate methodology and Agile project delivery.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in industry sectors such as manufacturing, utilities, automotive, or pharma.

• ABAP debugging skills for issue resolution.

• Exposure to SAP Fiori/UI5 apps in maintenance management.

• Knowledge of IoT, mobile maintenance, and predictive maintenance tools.
