Requirements:

4+ years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, or a related field;
Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban);
Experience working with stakeholders, gathering requirements, and translating them into functional specifications;
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC);
Analytical mindset with a strong ability to troubleshoot and propose solutions;
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello.

Will be a plus:

Certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile/Scrum certifications);
Understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations;
Experience in the Audio/Video management systems projects.

Responsibilities:

Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements;
Defining and prioritizing user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria;

Managing changes to requirements and assessing their impact on the project;
Working closely with product owners, project managers, developers, and QA teams;
Facilitating workshops, interviews, and discussions to understand business needs;
Acting as a bridge between business and technical teams;
Analyzing existing business processes and identifying areas for improvement;
Working with technical teams to design solutions that meet business requirements;
Ensuring that the proposed solution aligns with system capabilities and constraints;
Identifying potential risks related to business requirements and system changes;
Assessing and documenting the impact of new requirements on existing processes;
Collaborating with PMs and stakeholders to mitigate risks;
Maintaining and creating documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, and user stories;
