  • Coordinate ongoing care for all new clients/partners, including responding quickly to their requests, regularly checking in with them throughout the implementation process, and providing regular updates
  • Use our project management system (JIRA) to ensure all tasks are being completed by internal teams, update reports/dashboards, and quickly address issues when they arise
  • Identify and mitigate risks and advise internal stakeholders on issues, driving any and all to resolution
  • Identify process improvement opportunities, including hosting post-implementation cycle retrospectives, and create structured approaches to close gaps
  • Set up weekly meetings with key internal stakeholders to review status and progress of implementations
  • Complete all new client paperwork, ensure it is signed by the client and/or partner, and store it in our Google Drive system. Maintain records of all paperwork (both for new and existing clients) and manage any necessary updates and signatures
