Description

The Director of Program Marketing leads the development and execution of strategic marketing campaigns and partner promotions, driving lead acquisition, customer retention, and brand growth across targeted channels. This role collaborates closely with internal stakeholders and partner marcom teams to craft cohesive themes and messaging that maximize demand and lead generation efforts. Additionally, the position is responsible for designing and implementing streamlined campaign processes and systems that ensure successful market introduction of new campaigns, product lines, and platforms. 

Requirements

· Develop and execute innovative, data-driven campaigns that enhance customer engagement.

· Develop targeted messaging and materials to align strategic markets, applications, and customer segments that align with overall  business objectives.

· Increase awareness of DPT solutions through digital content, including social, video, and blogs.

· Build trust and create conversations with partners and potential customers through events, campaigns, and calls to action.

· Partner with Sales and Enterprise Solutions to develop campaigns that maximize impact and drive measurable sales through strategic customers, distributors, and channel partnerships.

· Lead end-to-end campaign planning, design, and execution while managing budgets, partner marketing development funds (MDF), timelines, and stakeholder alignment.

· Build and analyze post-campaign results for reporting to management and key stakeholders.

· Define key metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and implement continuous improvement strategies.

· Conduct research to develop customer insights, personas, and journey maps that inform marketing decisions.

· Establish policies and processes that enable the greater Sales and Marketing organization.

· Train and develop the organization and people to meet current and future needs.


Qualifications & Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

· 8+ years of experience in program, product, or channel marketing leadership.

· Expertise in owned, earned, shared, and paid media strategy, with deep knowledge of integrated, full-funnel marketing campaigns.

· Strong communication skills, including effective storytelling, presentation and negotiation.

· Proven leadership in cross-functional teams, partner, and stakeholder collaboration

· Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.

· Results-driven with strong analytical skills to optimize marketing effectiveness.

· Ability to research, analyze, and distill complex content into clear, compelling messaging.

· Familiarity with demand and lead generation campaigns and automation platforms.

· Experience planning and managing annual budgets, contracts, and partner MDF.


Preferred Skills:

· Experience with B2B marketing and technology industry, or related field.

· Basic design skills with experience using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.

· Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.

· Familiarity with AI tools and platforms for written and visual content creation.


Reporting Relationships:

· Reports to: VP of Marketing

· Supervisory position

Salary Description
$150,000 - $165,000 annual salary
