Purpose:
The Inbound Sales Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing the performance of a team of Inbound Sales Representatives. This role focuses on managing daily operations, driving effective sales strategies, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities include coaching and mentoring the sales team, analyzing performance metrics, and refining processes to improve efficiency and outcomes. The manager will collaborate with Marketing and other departments to align strategies, maximize the value of inbound leads and calls, and uphold the company’s commitment to delivering reliable safety and security solutions tailored to customer needs.
