The candidate will be a key contributor to building a global inbound vertical of sales and will work closely with
the Sales Head to build and scale inbound teams in APAC and USA
Responsibilities
● Identify and execute end-to-end process for improving inbound funnel
● Initiate conversations with inbound prospects using calls, chats, emails, and LinkedIn messages
● Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
● Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through personalized follow-up, generating increased
interest.
● Updating CRM daily with the required information and the next steps
● Doing primary market research & lead research to assess the potential and fitment
● Conduct activities to identify and qualify new business opportunities
● Coach, train & mentor your team
What candidate can expect?
● A role where a candidate will be responsible for hiring and building the inbound teams, including SDR and AE for
the APAC and USA
● Participating in marketing strategies and suggesting relevant ideas that can help inbound revenue increase

Skills
● Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
● Self-starter who is able to operate in a hyper-growth environment
● Strong analytics skills to identify inefficiencies to improve the demand generation process
● Possess a BE/BTech or equivalent degree.
● A minimum of 3 years prior SDR (handling inbound leads) experience within a target-driven environment, ideally
in the Saas/IT, is preferred
● Excellent command of U.S. English (understanding, speaking, and writing)
Mandatory requirements
● Working hours will be governed by the business requirements in US and APAC region
● Proficiency with Hubspot and other sales enablement tools
● A minimum of 3 years of Inbound SaaS experience is a must
● The candidate should be based in Bangalore
