Job description

This is a remote position.

Join our client’s growing company as a Customer Success Manager. This role offers potential for advancement and focuses on retaining, developing, and growing business from existing clients.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Drive client satisfaction and achieve business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client goals with our client’s localization solutions.
  • Provide feedback to optimize service quality and client satisfaction.
  • Represent their client professionally.
  • Manage and close opportunities within accounts.
  • Report activities to management.
  • Lead tender/proposal activities and engage necessary resources.
  • Motivate team members to ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Attend and present at customer and internal meetings.
  • Support marketing and revenue-generating activities.
  • Monitor client processes and stay updated with changes.



Requirements

Preferred Requirements:

  • Integrity, ambition, vision.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in account management and localization.
  • Passion for customer success and creative problem-solving.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with client portfolios and consultative sales.
  • Third-level qualification and formal sales training preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM solutions, preferably Salesforce.com.
  • Effective time and productivity management.
  • AI Experience & knowledge a plus
