This is a remote position.

Job Highlights: 

Contract: Independent Contractor
Schedule: 20 hours/week, Weekdays, 10AM - 2PM Atlanta, GA time

Client Timezone: EST (Atlanta-based)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendar scheduling across multiple business entities
  • Process and distribute contracts, NDAs, and payment information
  • Handle administrative documentation including statements of work
  • Assist with travel arrangements and dinner program scheduling
  • Review and polish PowerPoint presentations
  • Coordinate scheduling for client meetings and appointments
  • Support calendar management across multiple platforms
  • Process operational documentation for new team member onboarding
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
