This is a remote position.

Role Name: Marketing Administrative Assistant

Schedule:

  • Flexible part-time (10 hours per week)

Responsibilities
  • Develop and create a comprehensive case study for a recent real estate development project

  • Design eye-catching social media content and graphics specifically for Instagram property listings

  • Create professional marketing materials using Canva while maintaining established brand guidelines and visual consistency

  • Develop and manage social media calendars to ensure consistent, strategic posting schedules

  • Provide general marketing administrative support to keep campaigns running smoothly

  • Support ongoing marketing initiatives for property listings and promotional campaigns

  • Collaborate with the team to maintain brand standards across all marketing materials



Requirements
  • Proven proficiency in Canva for graphic design and professional content creation

  • Demonstrated experience creating engaging social media content, with particular expertise in Instagram

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently on project-based assignments while meeting deadlines

  • Solid understanding of basic marketing principles and content planning strategies
