Role Name: Virtual Case Manager

Schedule:

  • 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM San Diego, CA time, Monday to Friday with 1 hour of unpaid break

Requirements
  • Previous experience in healthcare industry or medical background required
  • Demonstrated expertise in virtual communication platforms, especially Zoom
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and healthcare privacy regulations
  • Excellent virtual communication skills and professional online presence
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and schedules in a virtual environment
  • Experience with digital healthcare delivery systems preferred
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic connectivity issues
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
