We are looking for a highly organised and motivated
Administrative Assistant
to support our radio promotions department. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in the creative industries. Full training will be provided, so no prior industry experience is necessary — just a strong work ethic, great attention to detail, and a willingness to learn
Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support
Organise and maintain internal filing systems, shared drives, and promotional materials
Schedule team meetings and client calls, and manage team calendars
Assist in the coordination of campaign activities and deadlines
Experience using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, X, LinkedIn)
Any prior admin, internship, or assistant experience
