Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
Lead team collaboration, contributing to technical decisions and solution design
Engage with cross-functional teams and drive key architectural and configuration choices
Troubleshoot configuration issues and deliver effective, scalable solutions
Stay up to date with industry standards and configuration management best practices
