CSG is looking for a creative self-starter, savvy communicator and engaging storyteller to join our global corporate communications team as a Senior Communications Manager. CSG is in an exciting phase of growth, and the global corporate communications team is front-and-center in developing communication strategy and messaging that supports and advances company goals. We are looking for a Sr. Communications Manager who will:

  • Report to the Director of CSG’s global Corporate Communications team, and partner with teammates and functional leaders across the company to manage key communications initiatives that have a tangible impact on CSG employees across the world.

  • Create and manage compelling, impactful messaging that helps influence understanding and attitudes, change behaviors, and produce desired outcomes.

  • Write and edit communications that are fresh, creative, and engaging; regularly develop and explore new ideas and approaches. 

  • Partner cross-functionally to gather information and distill it into a useful, digestible format for various audiences.

  • Find creative and compelling ways to elevate stories for broad internal audiences.

  • Ensure internal communication messages align with external messaging and branding.

  • Keep current on technology trends, communications measurement, and best practices to continually improve approaches and content.

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, related field or equivalent experience

  • 8+ years of experience in communications within B2B and external communications environments

  • Top-notch writing and editing skills, with demonstrated experience writing a variety of polished, compelling content for large audiences in a corporate setting

  • A “thought partner” mindset and strong executive presence, with the ability to think critically and exercise good communications judgment to advise senior leadership

  • Stellar project management, organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage expectations across projects and stakeholders

  • A hunger for enhancing employee communications, engagement and experience

  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment

Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.

$115,043.95-$184,071.59

This role is eligible for a bonus opportunity.
