About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing emails, handling tasks and priorities, and acting as a key support system to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize executives’ inboxes, flag important communications, and draft responses when needed.
  • Prioritize and manage daily tasks, appointments, and meetings for higher management.
  • Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, task bottlenecks, and administrative issues.
  • Act as a gatekeeper for executive time and attention.
  • Take initiative to follow up on pending actions and ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
  • Liaise between departments, clients, and stakeholders as needed.
  • Monitor and manage task lists, project deadlines, and team follow-ups.

Qualifications

  • Based in the Philippines with reliable internet and work-from-home setup
  • At least 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy; comfortable using email management tools, calendar apps, task management platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp, Asana, Notion)
  • Problem-solver with a proactive approach to challenges
  • Able to manage multiple priorities under minimal supervision
  • Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic, evolving work environment
