The Workplace Services and Solutions Project Manager is responsible for the implementation and management of Workplace Solutions facility build and design projects. This is completed by overseeing new and ongoing enterprise strategic initiatives including the timeline, budget and vendors associated with them.
Responsibilities
Provides project management and administration to lead facility projects and initiatives; includes site build out, decommissions and enterprise Workplace programs.
Collaborates and partners with key stakeholders for development of project SOWs, budgets, CER forms and vendor selection.
Prepares and manages project budgets from inception through close-out
Develop, track, and maintain project plans to keep team members and vendors on task, within scope and on budget.
Manages the ongoing relationships between departments, strategic partners/vendors and their contracted measurement of performance.
Identify and resolve project changes or issues, effectively escalating decisions, and issues.
Vendor management relating to process efficiency, successful integration and set-up, brand governance, and global enterprise adoption.
Manages program implementation, ensuring all tasks are completed to provide successful launch to customers.
Maintains monthly reporting for programs, vendors, and financial adherence upon project implementation. Manage & administer program policies and procedures.
Determine common processes and systems to improve operating efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Schedule and facilitate internal meetings to support work types and service lines as needed.
Provides and supports training and communication, if required.
Role may require travel to local offices domestically and internationally, as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Work Experience
Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, facilities management, accountancy, interior design, furniture systems obtained through completion of a four-year bachelor’s degree program. Normally requires a minimum of 5+ years related and progressively responsible experience.
Skills and Knowledge
Experience and general knowledge in commercial office furniture, build out, and related products and services are required.
Strong organizational skills; including time management and attention to detail.
Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
Must be a self-starter and work independently, multi tasks and prioritize activities.
Strong interpersonal skills to manage vendor relationships, all levels of management and team members.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Adept at handling sensitive and confidential situations.
Strong knowledge of MS O365 and organizational tools.
